Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to book. We use it to assess your skin, answer your questions and agree a plan before anything is scheduled.

Our menu covers 5 areas (facials & facial treatments, peels, laser hair removal & laser treatments, body treatments, scalp treatments) across 26 treatments. Availability can differ between our two clinics, so call (604) 773-7579 to confirm the treatment you have in mind is offered here.

We assess your skin, ask about your history and what you want to change, and listen. Then we set out the options: what each one realistically achieves, how many sessions it usually takes, what it costs, and when we think you should do less. There is no obligation to book anything on the day. We do not sell treatments at the door.

Most of them, but not all. And we would rather say that plainly. We treat a wide range of skin tones and types, and we choose the laser, peel or facial around your skin rather than the other way round. Some treatments are not right for certain skin tones, or for people on particular medications or with certain conditions. We assess your skin in person first, then tell you what we would recommend and what we would avoid.

Our team will guide you through the decision-making process during your consultation. We’ll assess your skin’s condition and listen to your goals to recommend the most suitable treatments, whether you’re looking for anti-aging solutions, skin rejuvenation, or body contouring.

All of our laser treatments are performed by certified technicians using state-of-the-art equipment. We carefully assess your skin type and medical history before treatment to ensure safety and effectiveness. Our technicians are trained to adjust settings to suit your skin type and minimize the risk of adverse effects.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also offer financing options for certain treatments, allowing you to spread out payments over time. Beautifi financing is available for eligible treatments after your consultation, and memberships add a monthly treatment credit and member pricing.
