“Treatments” includes all treatments, online appointments, and interactions provided by Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser.

2. Use of Treatments

Treatments are reserved for users aged 18 years or older. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.
Our treatments must be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree to provide accurate information during bookings or online interactions. Misrepresentation may result in refusal of treatment.

3. Appointments and Policies

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
Consultations: Certain treatments require a consultation to determine their suitability for you. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-clinic payments.
Pricing: All prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
Full Payment: For certain treatments or packages, full payment might be required upfront at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice: Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment cost.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our treatments, no refunds are provided for completed treatments. Unused pre-paid packages may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

All treatments are provided on an “as is” basis, with no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes. Individual results may vary.
Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser will not be held responsible for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
By using our treatments, you accept full responsibility for your well-being and agree to release us from liability within legal limits.

7. User Conduct on Our Website

You may not engage in activities that disrupt or harm our website, such as hacking or spreading viruses.
Comments or reviews submitted through our online platforms should remain respectful and free of discriminatory or offensive language.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, including but not limited to logos, branding, treatment descriptions, and website data, belongs solely to Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser.
Users may not copy, replicate, modify, or redistribute any content without prior approval.
